ICE Business Improvements has been nearly 30 years in the making.
 That's
the length of experience we have working for Blue Chip Organisations
across a broad Industry spectrum, including Pharmaceuticals, FMCG,
Hotel & Catering, the Housing Industry and the Motor Trade to
name a few. We've had roles in selling, managing, recruiting, training,
hiring, firing and lots of other 'ings.
We are not your average consultancy. It's our Business and we care
about it as much as you care about yours. We won't tell you what
to do or suggest that your processes are failing, take a large fee
and then leave you to get on with the job. We will be with you throughout,
to advise, train, implement advice and strategies and then review
success. (We do need to charge though!) While we are with you we
will be part of your team, working with you not against you. Our
training, whilst structured, is geared to developing individuals
and teams without stifling individuality.
