How about the chance to gain a Nationally recognised qualification
that does not involve taking exams or taking time away from the
workplace?
 We
can offer this chance for your employees by putting them through
an NVQ Qualification. An NVQ is an award that measures the degree
of competence and skill reached by a candidate in their occupation.
We currently offer several awards up to NVQ Level 3.
The December 2006 Leitch report says that up to 44% of employees
miss out on training. It's one of our aims to try and put that right.
It's been proved that upskilling and training the workforce leads
to greater output and sales. Help us to help your employees increase
the success of your business.
Employers who have used NVQ's say that they have found increased
productivity throughout the workforce, higher levels of staff motivation,
improved delivery of sales. Employers have also been able to show
their customers that their workforce is skilled and competent.
An NVQ is an assessment of skills, knowledge and ability of the
individual. There is minimal time spent in the training room. We
assess competence in a real work situation. By the way, NVQ's can
now be delivered without excessive paperwork!
